When they get old they usaully just want to be home i wouldnt if i was you that will just stress him out maybe if you have a family member they could take care of your dog well i hope everything works out for you!!!!

SF is very expensive to live for anybody. At 17 and in school there is no way you could afford even a studio working part time, or full time at a non professional job. Studios start at $ 1000 per month and many people even in their 30′s need roommates to be able to live in The City.

San Francisco is great! There is a ton to do. You can shop at Ghiradelli Square, visit Pier 39 and Alcatraz, there are a ton of museums including the California Science Academy, you can go to a San Francisco Giants game, etc. There is always something going on in the city!

your best bet would be to call the local utility companies in that area and give them the address and ask for the history of that address. Each address will have a different average based on things like the amount of insulation in the attic to the size of the yard which gets irrigated.
