is you neighbor making alot of noise? I doubt it is against the law, at least during normal business hours.

What should I do for traveling around DC?
Should I park my car at Metro station and use subway, or find a parking near attractions.

There are a lot of meter parkings near the smithsonion but it does get very busy.
Its better just getting the subway
