Google maps has a selection on its directions that says public transit, you might try that, it also lets you avoid tolls, take back roads, have multiple stops and tells you how long via walking, very cool!

This includes round trip driving expenses, hotels and other miscellaneous expenses. Also how much do you think it would cost if you got a good deal?

It is the gasoline that will be the big expense. You can get a one way car rental. The motel and food are the biggest expenses. For one person I would guess $ 400 for motel, $ 400 for food and $ 200 for gasoline plus the car rental which is $ 200 I guess.

I am planning to run an automated forex trading platform hosted on a server outside Singapore. Client’s trading platform will be hosted on the server and trades will be executed on their behalf. Do I need a license and how do I obtain the license?

We are traveling to San Fransisco, and I was curious if I should take a taxi to an off-site car rental, or if there was a better option than the expensive airport rental.

Usually yes, but be sure to make sure that you wont have a mileage restriction
rent in a neighoborhood where the locals rent, not where the major hotels are.
Call Enterprise as a good starting point for the best rates.
Also much of SF is accessible by public trransportation, in the city the car is a hindrance, you only need it for the days you are going to the out lying areas like wine country
