Question by Malaika Q: Where can I find old New York Times articles that I can read for free for a school project?
I have to find all the environmental articles in the New York Times. I was swamped with internship work out of town until now, and so I was unable to read the articles from the first two weeks of July. I cant read them for free on the website anymore.

This searches a lot of published fares – even on Orbitz, etc, and links you to the best deal. For the dates you’re looking at, the cheapest is into LaGuardia for $ 253 on AirTran. Changing your flying days to Tuesdays or Wednesdays cuts the price by about $ 50 a ticket – making it $ 205 roundtrip into Westchester airport.

Where is the best place in Washington DC to find a fancy dress in a size 14/16?

Question by nancy84: Where is the best place in Washington DC to find a fancy dress in a size 14/16?
I need to find a dress for an event Tuesday night, its black tie, but doesn’t need to be a ball gown. I’m currently between 14/16- I don’t know the shopping in DC very well. Attempted Georgetown today and had trouble finding anything over a size 6. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!

If you’re looking for one on the cheap, I’d recommend Filene’s Basement or Loehmans.
Mid-price, I’d suggest Nordstrom or Macy’s at Pentagon City.
If you’re willing to spend a little more, Neiman Marcus has a good selection of bigger-than-size-6 dresses – just make sure to ask the sales person if you don’t see your size.

Department stores (and other stores) will start hiring temps after Halloween. Try Macy’s, H&M. Go to the Westfield Mall and start putting in applications at all the stores.

Is it hard to find a job in San Francisco?
Posted by Mostafa Safavi in All about San Francisco on January 7th, 2012
Question by : Is it hard to find a job in San Francisco?
I’ve heard its pretty tough to make a living in the San Francisco Bay Area. Especially with the job market being as bad as it is across the country. However, I’ve heard that the high tech industry is doing really well right now in the Bay Area.
Can anyone tell me if there are a lot of job openings in the high tech industry? If so what do they usually look for (engineers)?

All the big boys in Tech come to play about an hour or so around here.
It’s also a big PR/Advertising place, I just landed a job there last month
